I was in a difficult situation and needed to move into the flat I'm renting asap. It was Michelle Jones that first showed me the property, and she was in touch the very next day and put me in touch with Theresa Parkes. Michelle explained the urgency of the situation to Theresa, who then did everything in her power to get all the references, paperwork etc. completed. To my genuine surprise and relief, everything was done in less than a week and I was able to move in. I'm extremely grateful to both of them. I've rented for many years in London and have always found agencies & agents to be very slow, unresponsive and disregarding of people's personal situations. I'll recommend Outlet, and particularly Michelle and Theresa to anyone that is looking to move.
