Theresa has been very helpful throughout our check=in into the new property. She replies to emails and calls quickly. We had some initial problems with the property but Theresa called up the appropriate people immediately to come and sort it out and they came on the same day.

I have been renting short lets from Outlet for the last two years whenever my travels take me to London.
