Review of Cristian Lupascu
Cristian was really helpful during my property search a month ago. He is such an enthusiastic agent, wanting to make sure that everything works well for me. During my moving days, he also made sure that everything goes well and also offered me help to move some of my stuffs. Even until today he's still helping me with any issues arising out of the property!

Josh is a trustworthy agent who I recommend to anyone needing advise and great service!
I turned my flat in Clapham into a buy-to-let this summer and needed an agent that would guide me through the entire process from the evaluation to the management of the property. Josh listened to my ideas and needs and gave me invaluable advise on turning the flat which was my home for 4 years into an investment. From the right rental price to the furnishing and repairs I had many questions and I was able to trust Joshua who was well informed. His team at Outlet have been polite, quick to respond and simply very easy to work with throughout the process. The team always was on time for appointments and gave timely feedback on viewings. Outlet generated a lot of interest in the property which allowed me to choose a tenant who is vetted and who I feel comfortable with. The coordination of moving dates and the discussions about furniture was managed by Outlet and went without problems and confusion. I've now been letting the flat for two months and Joshua's team at Outlet has always kept me informed and was available when I needed them for the advise a new landlord needs at the beginning of the process. I can only recommend Joshua and Outlet cannot think of any way to improve the friendly service I have received!

Kind and really helpful. Excellent agent!
Cristian Lupascu helped me and my two flatmates to speed up the references process to get a new and lovely flat. He is always on his phone, even in the evenings and at the weekends. He is very nice, efficient and helped us a lot to get the property as soon as possible. I do recommend him as an agent. You can trust him and his work is just great!

Highly recommend Cristian, Theresa and Outlet Property Management
Cristian as our first contact with Outlet Property Services, was warm, efficient and very responsive to any questions we had. The daunting process of finding and securing a new home was made unburdened by both Cristian and later Theresa, who took over once it came to the details and finalising our move. Much like Cristian, Theresa was also friendly, efficient and made the complicated parts of moving less complicated. We would highly recommend Outlet Property Management.

Russell Wells Outlet for Homes
Russell Wells has let my properties for around 5 years and provides me with great service. Russell is fair, realistic and sees things from both Tenant and Landlord sides and always provides me with good and knowledgable reasons about the best way to approach things. Always cheery, quick and lovely to deal with as are the rest of the team that I have dealt with including Gary Cooper and David Bray. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service.
They have all done a very good job and things have gone very smoothly. Cristian worked very hard to find tenants, and was very friendly and helpful.. As they are managing the property hopefully things will continue in this very positive way. I highly recommend them. .

Professional, warm, hassle-free
Cristian was the letting agent assigned to finding new tenants for my flat. He kept in touch with regular updates during the entire process, and was always available no matter how busy. A pleasure to work with.

Boutique agency with the personal touch
I switched to Outlet last year from a larger agency. I have absolutely no regrets as I get a personal touch that I never got from the larger agencies. As an Overseas Landlord I need a property management company i can trust. Outlet are easy to deal with and sort any issues quickly by phone or email. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Tenant Bethnal Green property
I found my current flat via Outlet and I found them to be a very serious and efficient agent. Cristian, my contact at Outlet, was very responsive and helpful, all the paperwork was sorted out very quickly and there was no bad surprise. I definitely recommend them
