High-quality service

My partner and I had to find a flat in London at very short notice. Cristian guided us through every step of the process with effectiveness and devotion. I particularly appreciated the fact that he made himself readily available for us, and seemed to really care about our situation. In less than two weeks, we were moving into our new flat. Review of Agent Cristian Lupascu

Cristian was the managing agent for our new rental property. There have been some minor issues to deal with, but Cristian has been very efficient in resolving these in a very speedy timeframe. I think Cristian has good customer service skills and is a credit to the agency. Theresa Parkes was also very helpful and efficient with various matters and the Outlet receptionist is a delightful, helpful and well spoken man. We are very pleased with our property in general.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

This is my first experience with property management and I believe I'm in safe hands with Outlet. Having met with some agents in my area, I stopped looking after an initial meeting with David Bray. He's been my point of contact since day one and has been thoroughly professional and accommodating throughout the process - that includes all the other people in the team I've met, everyone's on top of their game. I'm about to sign the contract soon and from this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Cristian was my first point of contact with Outlet and helped us secure the lovely two bedroom apartment that we are staying at presently. He impressed me with his honesty and provided us with the rapid assistance we needed to meet our tight deadline.. Thanks Cristian. Theresa was the one who wrote up the contract for us and she did it within the 24 hour period we were demanding. Now, she provides an efficient service when the occasional problem arises. Really friendly and professional

I went to the office to register a room in my flat to rent and I was met by Ralph on reception who talked me through the process and helped me set up the profile. He was very helpful and friendly, and I would recommend Outlet to any landlord looking for tenants to use them,

Very prompt and professional service

Michelle was amazing. After we had the viewing with Michelle we made an offer and she kept us informed all the way. Any queries I had she replied immediately. I couldn't fault them in anyway. Once the offer was accepted Theresa arranged all the paperwork and enabled us to have a fast and smooth transaction from our existing property to the new one. Once we moved in any questions were dealt with quickly and satisfactory. We are so pleased with the service with have received from Outlet.

Really excellent service, a pleasure to work with

Although we were a more complicated case, Michelle and Theresa were extremely helpful and quick to move things along and finally got us into a flat that we really loved. Michelle was always very pleasant to deal with, and prompt to respond. I felt that she was an excellent negotiator when things were being discussed between us and the landlord during the letting process. Overall, we had a very positive experience with OPM which varied significantly from previous experiences with other agencies. Definitely recommend it.

Honest, professional, all round GREAT agency

Finally, a honest and professional estate agency. This is the second time I've used Outlet to help me find an apartment, and you can't go wrong with them. They offer great properties as decent prices, and after moving in they continue to take care of you should you need anything.
