Above and Beyond. After engaging five local estate agents to provide a valuation, we received very differing figures, selling techniques and cost estimates. Paul was the last agent we invited, and a last minute decision perhaps led by us both unknowingly feeling that we hadn't found the right person/ company for one reason or another. So glad we did. Paul is genuine, open and honest and provided us with down to earth and well thought out reasoning behind his advice led by his experience and intuition. We luckily gained a quick sale, however, Paul continued to provide guidance and help, which was invaluable when we came across any sticking points or unnecessary delays. Absolutely recommend!

Using EweMove proved to be an excellent decision. From the very first visit by Mark Davis, who gave us a realistic house price valuation to visits by Chris Strong who showed all the viewers around, it was a totally professional service. Mark was instrumental at marketing the property successfully on Rightmove. Chris was brilliant at getting valuable feedback from potential buyers. The house sold last week at a fair and good price. I would thoroughly recommend this company and this dynamic duo!

Prompt and friendly interactions with the whole team; a fantastic maintenence portal and Louise/Shelly are brilliant. Joseph did our initial viewing, with cracking interactions, response and timely updates. Contractors are polite, respectful and show a genuine nature to the landlords and ourselves. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about working with Northwood. It was my first time using them and I’d happily use them again. We mainly worked with Jack who was fantastic, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and great. Jack would answer all questions very speedily and even checked in on us once we moved in to see how we found the the property. Jack had great knowledge of the property and if there was anything he didn’t know, he would find out and get back to me ASAP. Thanks to all at Northwood, I love my new home :)
