Aidan was responsive, friendly, and non-pushy or sales-y in his approach to potentially selling our house off-market, giving bespoke and realistic advice drawing on his real knowledge of the local area. He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. Our sale did not proceed but I would not hesitate to recommend him based on our experience.

Aidan was a great estate agent, he went the extra mile on more than one occasion, working from the house whilst I surveyors came meaning I didn’t need to take time off and more importantly when things needed pushing through with solicitors etc he went the extra mile to get the deal done. He gave great advice when listing and when considering offers, I noticed that post sale he went out of his way to see that the buyers had settled on as well which is a lovely touch. Communication throughout, he was excellent and I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have just used EweMove North Leeds (Howard) to sell a house, and would recommend him and the company. From our initial meeting it was clear that Howard was prepared to invest the time in understanding the property, and our needs as sellers. He gave balanced and informed advice on pricing, backing this up with evidence, something that many of the other estate agents we were talking to didn't. His marketing strategy was effective, quickly achieving a sale price that was fair to all parties (IMO). Throughout the conveyancing process Howard was available and easily contactable when necessary. But I would also note that Howard uses an additional support company who provides a dedicated case handler to improve communications between all parties and facilitate flows of information. This was really useful in helping to properly understand the status of the transaction throughout, and was much more dependable than information from our solicitors. This is an example of Howard's approach going above and beyond what many other estate agents are prepared to do. I would be happy to work with Howard again in any property transaction as he's professional, efficient, friendly and effective.
