I’ve got nothing but good things to say about working with Northwood. It was my first time using them and I’d happily use them again. We mainly worked with Jack who was fantastic, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and great. Jack would answer all questions very speedily and even checked in on us once we moved in to see how we found the the property. Jack had great knowledge of the property and if there was anything he didn’t know, he would find out and get back to me ASAP. Thanks to all at Northwood, I love my new home :)

I have always had good service since I moved to Northwood. Recently I have been looked after by Jade during a difficult period with one of my properties which was burgled and the tenant left suddenly leaving a great deal of work being necessary both internally and to the garden. She took control and sorted it all with a friendly professional attitude.

I have been in touch with Jade from northwood, who has helped me secure my tenancy. She accommodated all my requests and answered all my questions swiftly. The flat I moved into was well maintained and the key collection was quite smooth. They even gave me a welcome hamper, which was such a lovely gesture! Overall would recommend northwood if you're looking for your next home.
