Prompt and friendly interactions with the whole team; a fantastic maintenence portal and Louise/Shelly are brilliant. Joseph did our initial viewing, with cracking interactions, response and timely updates. Contractors are polite, respectful and show a genuine nature to the landlords and ourselves.
