Having lived in my flat near Holborn for some sixteen years, I was keen to ensure that it was let to a tenant who was likely to look after it as well as paying rent promptly etc. HSC took time to ensure that they understood what we wanted and that the eventual tenant had the best possible references. They helped us through the letting process and made sure it was as painless as possible. Highly recommended.

Paul is simply wonderful. No task was too big or too small. He helped us settle into the new area and even shared a list of restaurants and places to visit. We recently sold our flat in Highbury with James at Anthony Pepe. Of all the agents we met, they were the most knowledgable about the area and it was an easy decision to instruct them. Throughout the sales process, James was a pleasure to deal with - he kept us updated and gave excellent advise, with nothing ever being too much trouble. The team at Davies and Davies have been really great during our tenancy in one of their properties. Super friendly, prompt with responses and really understanding. The whole renting process went really smoothly and they've dealt with any maintenance issues quickly and with care. It's a lovely property too, we're very happy.
