Brilliant from start to finish!

The team at Davies and Davies have been really great during our tenancy in one of their properties. Super friendly, prompt with responses and really understanding. The whole renting process went really smoothly and they've dealt with any maintenance issues quickly and with care. It's a lovely property too, we're very happy.

Been renting from Davies & Davies for a couple of years now, I have always found them to be very good. They have always dealt with issues promptly and as a tenant i'd highly recommend them.

Good service for a new seller

Selling for the first time we were worried about the process but Derek held our hand throughout and we ended up with what we felt was a pretty quick sale for a very good price. Good service and always ready to pick up the phone to my (granted quite frequent) calls.

Impressed!

I have been dealing with Davies & Davies for some years now and I have to say that I'm very impressed with their service. Alex and his team are lovely and have really helped me out on a number of occasions. They've done a great job managing and renting out my property, I've had very few problems with tenants and when the inevitable bumps have happened they've dealt with it efficiently and with good results.

Lovely team and very good service

As a first time buyer I was very nervous about the process. Buying your first property is daunting and it's hard to know where to begin. Mark and his team were brilliant. He hand held me through the bits I didn't understand, gave me clear advice and made sure I was kept up-to-date regularly. I had viewed a few other properties listed by other agents but found the service and the people at Davies & Davies to be much better and more approachable, even their offices are lovely. Luckily the property I ended up buying was through Davies & Davies. I'd highly recommend them, they were calm even when I had a wobble, talked me through my options and always listened to my concerns. When I sell I'll definitely use them!

Great service and knowledgeable staff

The service I recived from the entire team at Davies & Davies was brilliant, from the initial valuation to moving the the tenants in. I met a few agents and they were the most knowledgeable and thorough by far.

Shameless, rude service.

I wanted to arrange a viewing on the phone. Usual procedure, I spelled my name, spelled it again, she read it back, some letter was wrong. When I told her, she asked if I am sitting in front of a computer, and if yes, asked me to fill up the on-line request form and all of a sudden she hung up the call. Without saying thank you for your call or good bye or anything, just like that. I called them back, I was directed to her again. When I told her that it was not quite polite to hang up the call while I was speaking, and that I actually wanted to arrange a viewing for the property what I cannot do through an on-line request form, she made up some false excuses, that the line was bad and she could not understand me well. I could understand her clearly, and she did not say that she could not hear me or that she had to close the call or she would call me back or anything.

I would avoid these people at all costs they mislead me and undersold my property
