Great service
Highly satisfied with the service we received from PropertyIn. Every step of the way, from the viewing through to the day with picked up the keys, Luisa was always there to answer any questions we had in an efficient, clear and friendly manner. After a stress free, straight forward move and the continued support of PropertyIn, I would definitely recommend them for any tenants looking to rent a property in London, their low fees and wonderful service make them hard to beat.

Very professional , accurate pricing , kept informed of all the stages of the sale
From a recommendation of a friend we approached them to sell a family house that had not been on the market for 65 years plus . From the start they were very professional , their pricing was realistic , photography excellent and description accurate . The viewings went without a hitch and we were kept informed at all stages as the sale progressed . All in all no trouble no fuss and no dramas and couldn't fault their service

Wonderful, helpful people.
Wonderful, helpful people. Steve, Caroline and James made me feel like part of the family. This was the first time I've sold a property and they made it look easy! They even managed to achieve over the asking price - hurray!!

I rent my property through Property In who have provided me with good service. The team are all friendly, attentive and approachable and reply quickly to emails and to any queries that you may have. I feel that Steven at Property In really understands my situation as a relatively new landlord.

Landlord Letting a Property
Property In are an independent owner managed business who I have no hesitation in recommending to Landlords.. They are very efficient in dealing with all paperwork and quick in answering emails and phone calls. Staff have been at the company for a long time, genuinely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If you want the right tenants at the right price I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent Service
I have recently purchased a property through PropertyIn and was extremely impressed with their support and dedication (especially Caroline) in supporting the transaction through to completion, helping to manage and overcome a number of obstacles. A very personalised, attentive and considered service. Next time I sell I will use PropertyIn. Highly recommended. Not your usual estate agent - refreshing!

Friendly and professional service
I have worked with Property In for years both as a landlord of property and then as a seller. The service provided was first rate in both instances and I couldn't recommend them more. As they are independent I built good relationships with all the staff there, who were very responsive on all fronts. When issues arose these were dealt with swiftly and resolved and regular updates were provided.
