Despite a slick negotiation process, once the deal was secured the after sale service has quite frankly been appauling. It's now 4 weeks since moving in and issues identified both before moving in and within the check in report have yet to be fixed. The long awaited handy man finally turned up today, but fixed nothing. Equally disappointing is the lack of ownership of the issue from anyone in Hurford Salvi & Carr to resolve (including both the Negotiator & Senior Property Manager). Would definitely not recommend using Hurford Salvi & Carr.
