Preston Baker were true to there word. Using their "VIP Launch" service not only did they manage to achieve over the valuation price but we sold our house the very same day to a cash buyer. We also used their in-house financial services for our purchase and found that all the staff are extremely friendly , caring and professional in what they do and made our move as trouble free and smooth as possible, sorting any question or worry we had immediately to our full satisfaction.
