Having experienced Preston Baker York as both a buyer and seller I can honestly say I have never had better service. To Anyone who has given a 1 star review can I suggest you try other estate agents who simply don't compare. I have moved a number of times and made purchases and sold both privately and as a landlord, with various estate agents, but never have I had the personal service that you always get with PB York. Preston Baker worked tirelessly to complete a recent purchase for me for a 2nd Home in York. They did everything they could to push the sale through to completion before April 1st when the stamp duty increased.
