Even though I didn’t get the flat in the end, I left the process grateful — and honestly a little impressed. We had a great experience with Claudiu while viewing the apartment. He is very responsive to our queries and messages. He was also punctual when we view the apartment and was able to arranged the viewing after office hours as this is the only time that worked for us.
