Great service from all at Preston Baker throughout what has been a very stressful process through no fault of their own. Karen is efficient and straight talking and gets questions answered and problems solved. Fantastic customer service from Jodie, Helen and Gemma. Everyone that I dealt with were a delight at all times and were so understanding and supportive of our situation. Phone calls and emails always responded to efficiently and they have gone the extra mile to help find solutions to both ends of the chain.
