Having experienced Preston Baker York as both a buyer and seller I can honestly say I have never had better service. To Anyone who has given a 1 star review can I suggest you try other estate agents who simply don't compare. I have moved a number of times and made purchases and sold both privately and as a landlord, with various estate agents, but never have I had the personal service that you always get with PB York. A special mention must go to Karen Preece, She is always working non stop on your behalf pushing things along when the solicitors inevitably grind to a halt!... I honestly cant praise them enough. Preston Baker York is a fantastic company but only through having a fantastic team of staff.
