Awfully disappointed by the poor responsiveness and lack of communication. Have been in touch on 3 separate occasions to arrange a viewing; not a single call or email back. Such a shame as have had positive previous experiences here but sadly recent practice is clearly no longer consistent with their reputation.

I been discarded and delay several times. When finally managed to get an appointment. The Agent, Sean, didn't even anounce the booking had been called or even bother to pic up the phone. The office put me on hold and didn't even return my calls. Aparently it doesn't matter if you can afford or not the place. Only if your accent if is British enough makes all the difference.

Really disappointed. Low communication and organisation. I am really looking forward for HR number.
