Chloe and Alex at EweMove were amazing. I had my flat on the market with another agent for nearly 4 months and had only 1 viewing. Chloe took over and had 4 viewings in the first 2 weeks and luckily got an offer straight away. Unfortunately, later down the line, the buyer dropped out. Chloe put it back on the market, and within a week, we had 3 viewings and 2 offers, managing to sell it for a higher price than it was originally listed for. Alex was amazing throughout the selling stage, replying to emails within hours or even minutes, which helped reassure me if I had any doubts. I think communication when selling or buying a property is key, and these guys definitely delivered on that. Thank you!

I had Karen for my viewing and everything leading to me renting this new house in York. I genuinely couldnt have asked for a kinder, more attentive estate agent. Karen walked me through every single step, responding nigh on immediately to every part. Not only that but when I moved in, Ewemove were kind enough to supply a gift box and a welcome card. My family and I can’t speak highly enough of Ewemove in York. The staff member that showed us round the property we purchased was extremely knowledgable and friendly. We left the viewing with one or two queries that he didn’t know the answer to but he rang us within an hour of leaving having found the answers out from the owner. After the viewing we dealt with the sales director Jodie Hoggarth who was also very friendly and knowledgable. Jodie was always available to speak to and was always quick when replying to us. We had some bad experiences with other estate agents in York but we can only speak highly of Ewemove and their staff members. If we ever look to sell this house Ewemove would be the first agency we would contact. The moving in hamper was also a lovely touch.
