An absolutely excellent service. We have dealt with other estate agents within York and some have been disappointing and at times indifferent in their response Jodie was the first point of contact regarding our enquiry and it was refreshing to have a friendly and very thorough person dealing with our in initial flat requirements and were made to feel valued as a customer. We viewed a flat which was in a sought after area of York and met the requirements we had set out. I cannot recommend Ewemove enough. My house had been on the market with Purplebricks for almost a year with a failed sale coming in that time. I had countless problems with that company which made me feel like I wouldn’t be able to sell the house. Finally, I decided that despite paying the fees for Purplebricks, that I was left with no choice to switch estate agents. I had heard good things about Ewemove, and after speaking to their team I decided to go with them. From that point on, they were fantastic and so efficient with every facet of the house sale. Pictures of the house and the advert were up within a few days, and within a couple of months I accepted an offer. It was then that Jonathan at Ewemove really excelled. The sale was stagnating for a while and I was getting more and more stressed that something wasn’t right, but Jonathan consistently pushed both parties and our lawyers to get everything sorted as soon as possible, until finally we got a completion date and thankfully I have now sold the property. This review doesn’t do enough justice to the hard work and dedication that Ewemove and particularly Jonathan put in to make it happen. But I will be forever grateful and would urge anybody to use Ewemove if you were buying or selling a house.
