We have dealt with other estate agents within York and some have been disappointing and at times indifferent in their response Jodie was the first point of contact regarding our enquiry and it was refreshing to have a friendly and very thorough person dealing with our in initial flat requirements and were made to feel valued as a customer. He passed on this information to the colleague managing flat sales and Chloe contacted us within hours. We viewed a flat which was in a sought after area of York and met the requirements we had set out. Chloe greeted us on time and very obviously knew a lot about the area and the details of the property. She was very informative and knew the answers to the questions we asked and highlighted the particular high specifications of the flat.
