As many people know, the process of competing to rent a house is extremely stressful and time consuming! My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to have Karen Cocker helping us through this process. Karen has been extremely professional, friendly, helpful, reassuring, and most of all extremely efficient in what is a very overwhelming process! She helped us out and held our hands through the whole process even through the many mistakes we made.
