We recently purchased a property through Ewemove in Yeovil. Anita dealt with everything from the first viewing, liaising between us and the owner whilst we negotiated. Anita kept us up to date at all stages of the purchase. My own property was on the market with another agent and I regularly called Anita for advice and guidance, nothing was ever too much trouble and Anita was always happy to help me , going above and beyond to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise, she even responded to emails when on holiday to let us know our offer had been accepted. We were never left waiting for updates, something I have found other agents are awful at! . I would not hesitate to use Ewemove in the future, and would highly reccomend them. I have dealt with quite a few estate agents in the last few years in our search for our forever home, Anita is the only one I would trust, decent, honest, advice, excellent communication, she is so efficient and always at the end of the phone or email. We are so greatful to Anita for all her help throughout the buying and selling process, it is such a stressful time, which was made a lot simpler with Anita keeping on top of everything and chasing the other agents and solicitors. Paul and team consistently displayed all the behaviours you would hope from an estate agent - professional, energetic and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Paul and Anita were very professional from the off and did their homework before coming to view our property and were very responsive communicators. Although we didn't need to use their services due to fortunately finding our own private buyer before going to market they were very understanding of this situation. They were open and honest in advising that we did not require their services despite having taken photos and organised an EPC to be done. They also have a very competitive fee structure and the prospect of working with the owners of the business directly was appealing. Would recommend to others.
