We engaged EweMove in Yeovil for the sale of my Mother-in-laws property earlier this year. It was a sensitive situation as she was moving to be closer to us after the recent passing of her husband. We honestly could not have been any more impressed by the patient, caring and professional way in which Kelly dealt with the sale of her much loved home. For those of you who are in a similar position I'm sure you will understand how important this was. On top of the sensitive situation, we also experienced a lot of challenges with the onward sale. Kelly was always there with support and advice, and was extremely professional and diligent in following up with our solictor and the other estate agent to move things forward as quickly as possible. Viewings were handled efficiently and we were provided with timely feedback so as to enable us to make decisions about how best to attract buyers. She really helped ease the burden of a stressful situation and got us a quick sale at the price we wanted. If only the Estate Agent we were purchasing a property from were more like Kelly! Finally, a shout out to Bronte for handling my endless phone calls in such a polite and helpful manner!
