I had never sold a house before and only came into one via inheritance so it was very new to me, this was made worse by the face that I do not live near the property in question. Paul and his team were amazing throughout, always easily available and very proactive in helping with remedial work to the property and making themselves available for viewings etc. Paul seems to know someone for everything and was able to arrange inspections, builders, damp experts etc to address issues with the property without any fuss. They even took the meter readings for me right at the end as it was something I had forgotten to do. I would very highly recommend, it is a shame they don't operate where I live! I would love to use them again, thanks Paul.
