I recently used Ewemove to sell my house. Prior to the sale the property was let out through Ewemove also. I highly recommend them for both aspects! Paul and Anita were very professional from the off and did their homework before coming to view our property and were very responsive communicators. Although we didn't need to use their services due to fortunately finding our own private buyer before going to market they were very understanding of this situation. They were open and honest in advising that we did not require their services despite having taken photos and organised an EPC to be done. They also have a very competitive fee structure and the prospect of working with the owners of the business directly was appealing. Would recommend to others.

When I was choosing an Estate Agent to sell my home in Yeovil I had a plethora of choice - after seeing the big chains, I decided I’d speak to some independents. I am very pleased I did - Paul came round and walked me through their process, having never sold a house before I was not sure what to expect. He explained the process in detail and his expertise set my mind at rest, which the others had not. I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for all their knowledge and help in getting me through process (solicitors are not the easiest beasts to deal with) and I am so pleased that they dealt with a majority of the chasing and endless nonsense that my buyers solicitors threw my way!
