From the start of the process all members of the team communicated regularly and nothing was too much trouble, they are efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable which was great for us being first time landlords. EweMove has been looking after our property for close to 4 years now. I have dealt with other agents in the past but have come across none so professional yet personal. They managed our property whilst it was rented out. When the time came to sell it, I could think of nobody but Ms Anita Light. She personally took over the project to put it on the market and got us the best deal possible. She kept us well informed all through the process. I never felt that I was not in town. Ewemove acted as letting agents for my house for several years when it was tenanted. I always felt supported by them and so, when it came time to sell the house, I went straight to them. After all, they knew the house better than me by then! They took care of everything - the photos were excellent and generated fantastic interest in the house, the reported all interest and enquiries to me promptly and were clear about what I wanted to achieve with the sale and helped me find a new owner for the house that I was sure would love it as much as I did when it was my home. They also dealt with some repairs and minor building work that needed taking care of before the sale completed and kept me informed all the way. I was very happy with everything and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
