I met Paul at a property I was looking to rent. I was early. Paul was already there, meaning I didn't have to wait. First star. Really friendly manner made me feel at ease showing genuine interest in me. Another star. He took the time to show me the whole house, answering all me questions also giving me time to look about the house in my own time. Two more stars. At the end of the walkabout we spoke more about the neighbourhood and the local amenities. Fifth star. More estate agents should follow his example.

Excellent service start to finish. When we first thought about selling our house we contacted a number of local estate agents. Paul came out to visit us and gave us honest and thoughtful advice about our sale and also suggested the best strategy for selling.
