I found Ewemove very efficient and helpful in assisting me with my house purchase.In particular Mr Paul Gammage was particularly helpful and always answered calls or called me back same day.Being recently widowed I found his assistance very reassuring as he took the time to explain all aspects of the process and even went out of his way to call me on a Bank Holiday on his day off. EweMove has been looking after our property for close to 4 years now. I have dealt with other agents in the past but have come across none so professional yet personal. They managed our property whilst it was rented out. When the time came to sell it, I could think of nobody but Ms Anita Light. She personally took over the project to put it on the market and got us the best deal possible. She kept us well informed all through the process. I never felt that I was not in town. Ewemove acted as letting agents for my house for several years when it was tenanted. I always felt supported by them and so, when it came time to sell the house, I went straight to them. After all, they knew the house better than me by then! They took care of everything - the photos were excellent and generated fantastic interest in the house, the reported all interest and enquiries to me promptly and were clear about what I wanted to achieve with the sale and helped me find a new owner for the house that I was sure would love it as much as I did when it was my home. They also dealt with some repairs and minor building work that needed taking care of before the sale completed and kept me informed all the way. I was very happy with everything and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

My wife Sue and I recently looked for a property to rent in Yeovil, and found one advertised by EweMove. We contacted them on Friday and spoke to Paul who arranged a viewing of the property for the Monday. We were met at the property by Yasmin who showed us around, spending over 45 minutes with us, answering questions and explaining how EweMove manage the property. (Our previous experiences of viewings was the agent rushing us through in 10 mins or less). We agreed to rent the property and Paul initiated the necessary financial and identity checks which were completed in 4/5 days, (despite a delay of about 2days caused by my employer!). Yasmin in the meantime completed a very thorough inventory report. Paul completed the tenancy agreement and we made arrangements to collect the keys on the Saturday, less than 2 weeks after agreeing the rental. Paul and Yasmin are very friendly, helpful and obviously efficient throughout the process and we would strongly recommend anyone looking for property in Yeovil to give them a call.

If you are looking for an estate agent that is great at communication with quick response times, then Paul Gammage at Ewemove is excellent. We started the sale process with another Estate agent that failed to keep us informed and was unable to secure a deal with a reliable buyer. Paul at Ewemove was very professional and responsive, he provided a spreadsheet of viewings with viewers comments, offers etc. Once we accepted an offer, he was available to chase solicitors and contact buyers when required. I didn’t think much of their recommended solicitor but Paul Gammage was very good and we would go to him again.
