Not the quickest response times to emails which is frustrating as we wanted to get things done quickly. Often have to chase and don't usually get a response for every enquiry. Saying that the staff we've met are very friendly. Just wish it reflected on the customer service afterwards.

As a landlord I used Briscombe and found the start of my service to be good. They found good tenants. Unfortunately on the end of the tenancy we have had a lot of problems. This includes Briscombe’s team advising us not to do an end of inventory check. From there the customer service got confrontational and it has taken over 3 months to get back deposits. As a landlord I would not recommend using Briscombe.

I had couple viewing with them, we put an offer on a house, however, after a week seller changed mind, so far lost £275 fee, There is no buyer protection, I believe they should make sure their seller are genuine or at least some sort of buyer protecting.

Not very positive bit disappointing .need a better approach.

Can you please respond. Over a year in a unfit property covered in mould. With two daughters and a baby on a way and I can't apply for a council until you give me a eviction letter.and don't bother with you can always look for elsewhere it shouldn't take a year to be left in this condition.
