After a slow start, due possibly to the general election and subsequent sluggish market, we requested a refreshment of our sale which, Briscombes were happy to undertake. Within a matter of a few short weeks thereafter they secured a favourable sale on our behalf. We would have appreciated a pro active approach, in terms of communication, in the early stages as we hadn’t moved house in 40 years. However, once we got a buyer, the process was seamless and we managed to find a new house and move in just 10 weeks.

Briscombe have been fantastic from start to finish on my purchase, especially Jo, Katie and the lady initially that took me to view the house, sorry can't remember her name, lovely ladies all of them!
