We appointed Mark to sell property, we had inherited due to a bereavement, as he very empathetic to the situation. Even though the property needed some updating he was complimentary about the property, pointing out the good points as well as the potential it had. If you want to sell your house, look no further than Mark Buchanan. My house was on the market for a few years and despite trying numerous estate agents, it wasnt selling. I was reluctant to sell in the first place but my house no longer met my requirements. When I became frustrated with what I considered a fair asking price not being met, the first thing other estate agents suggested was dropping the price.
