Mark did everything, from accompanied viewings to meeting the buyers to handover the keys while keeping us informed along the way. Excellent service from start to finish. Mark and his wife both kept in touch the whole time ensuring we were both informed throughout the process. Just want to say a big thanks to Mark for a professional sale from start to finish extremely professional website with 3D viewing ,virtual measuring tape,3D floor layout etc Offers were flooding in just based on his facebook page alone Commission only which was fine for me as I wanted him to work for his money lol and he certainly did that 5 weeks from board up to handing over the keys definitely a Merry Xmas

Having had my house up for sale with other estate agents and not getting much interest, I contacted Mark. I had heard lots of positives from people who had used him as well as a mortgage advisor.Within a day of my house going on the market I had more viewings booked in than I had had in total when marketed previously.Mark not only offers a bespoke service, but he goes above and beyond for his customers, (even offering to help me remove a broken light bulb fitting and meeting me to pass my key on at short notice when my partner had taken the spare) He was in regular contact throughout the process and although there were a couple of issues, Mark was knowledgeable and professional in sorting these out.I would highly recommend him to anyone selling a property.
