10/10 on customer service. I rented a studio in Chalk Farm for a year and ended up staying for three - fantastic location, safe, excellent use of space, the most comfortable bed, very bright with massive windows, excellent central heating and hot water, ample storage and large fridge, quiet neighbours, it felt like home. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Josh handled all the contract-related communication from start to finish, and Russell the maintenance side. I couldn't have asked for better! Both extremely responsive and efficient, very friendly, professional and approachable. They respect privacy and confidentiality, which is very important for me. 5 stars as well for the landlord who treats even the smallest issue seriously and likes to keep the properties in order.
