I have been a client of Element Properties & Co. both to rent and sell my house in Stoke Newington. I cannot speak more highly of the service that each member of staff have given me, no matter with whom I corresponded. They have a good work ethic, very professional, and without getting overly business minded. They are friendly, polite, always return my calls swiftly, or writing a text to let me know they will get back to me asap. They gave a very reasonable rate for the house sale, as I had been a long standing client. Whenever I had any uncertainties about fees or if I was in need of some advice, I was made to feel like they were taking advantage of my lacking knowledge in the housing market. No, I never had the sense of being conned or led up the garden path.
