Spoke to on the phone about a property and how they have really bad attitude after upsetting my partner over the phone, I asked to speak to manger and got arsey reply and then after 5min I got I am the manager, absolutely disgusting, not polite and not away to run a business, he properly shop manager not area manager but I am going further with them, THE HOUSE TO LET IN PLAMER CLOSE IF YOU ARE READING THIS, these people are rude and unprofessional
I would avoid this very unprofessional company as they care little for customers and the approach to business demonstrates poor practice.They don’t answer emails or calls or viewings and then say the property is sold. Lazy and inconsiderate and thoroughly unpleasant experience with them so I would avoid doing any business with them at all costs to a shoddy, slapdash attitude and generally not to be trusted with house sales or lettings. Very poor and quality service is unheard of in their repertoire.
Pure thiefs dishonest and liars will do anything to steal money out of your pocket very low life people wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely shocking company AVOID, they have taken 800 pounds of my daughters deposit even though evidence was provided on the itinerary of the state of the property, 285 to redecorate, 280 cleaning and more totally unprofessional director thought it was acceptable to let a funeral procession leave the property when the landlady didn't even ask the tenant WRONG please use a reputable letting agent not theseNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very easy communication in the beginning when you're supposed to pay all fees. Later on landlady dealt with us, difficult person, always looked down on us. Never felt at home at the property. They include 2 months viewings in advance of moving out, don't respect tenants privacy by scheduling 2 to 4 viewings a week! We had whole families coming in! There should be person limit, 4-5 people is too many. Landlady refused references to me as I'm foreign but she gave it to my partner who is English. She had a nerve to have a go at me at my home when I complained that she's scheduling too many viewings and we can't enjoy our right to privacy. Still didn't get all deposit back (since September)as she's not responding to queries. Property was left immaculate, except wear and tear which is normal. I think landlords should be checked too, not only tenants!
