Booked a viewing. Not confirmed by the estate agent. Told that it was not booked when we were on the way to be told once I got there it was booked and they were unsure why we were told otherwise. I turned up to the property to view. The estate agent had gone. We had called stating we would be around 5 minutes late due to traffic in advance. When we did this we were told if the estate agent had gone then so be it. I had travelled 50 minutes to view the property. When I spoke to someone on the phone whilst still at the property they said they would re book another day after 3 hours of my day now being wasted. So another 3 hours could be wasted in future in do not think so. Very dissapointed with the unprofessionalism but I will view the same house through another company so at least I will get to view the house at some point. Would not ever book through this company in future

Terrible communication and lie to cover it up. Caused many potential sales to fall through due to bad organisation. If you want to sell your house just pick another estate agent there are plenty about.

Poor service overall - I had really high expectations of DB Roberts as I've dealt with many independent agents in the past and found their service to be hit and miss. The original appointment to view my property was excellent and Kevin (the representative) was very professional. Once the paper work was signed it went down hill from there. No communication, no viewing for weeks on end and my property is still empty after 2 months on the market. For an establish company they seem to have got very complacent.
