Ultimately you have found me a buyer within my contract, which would have ended today as it was 12 weeks ago since the property went live. For that I am very grateful. However, some mistakes were made along the way - not following up telephone enquiries (one being on the day it went 'live'), making viewing appointments and cancelling two minutes later and generally not keeping in touch with me. I'm aware that mine is not one of your prestige properties, but I had hoped for a more personal service. I didn't hear a word from you for nearly five weeks. Jo Briggs was very helpful when she came to visit, but apart from answering an email I sent, I haven't heard anything else from her. I lost the property which would have been ideal for me just two weeks before I sold last week, which has taken the thrill of moving on off for me somewhat. However, I am grateful that I have finally sold, so I do thank you for that. Leanne and Maia were always very helpful on the phone and it is because of them that I am awarding 4 stars.

Started off well but as soon as we signed contracts to list with them the communication was so bad. No one ever called back, I had to chase them constantly for info or to see if the changes had been made. The board took ages to go up, they weren’t doing anything to generate viewings and they just weren’t proactive in the slightest. There was no guidance or expertise in helping to sell. They allowed us to leave the contract without ties so I will give them that, but I’m just not happy that they kept the marketing fee, as part of the problem outside of the communication was that the marketing was poor, including the photos and how the listing looked online once live.

While not a customer, I was unsatisfied with how long it took for them to remove the listing of my house being purchased when they were acting as a joint agent, despite repeated requests. It took almost 8 weeks to remove the listing after an offer was accepted - I view this as either unethical or incompetent. It takes 2 minutes to remove a listing, why would you need to wait so long?
