Before contracting with DP Roberts, we had used a few estate agents; some were good, while others we found to be impolite. This was a letdown, as we felt they were not genuinely interested in our requests. Or we did not fit their clientele. However, DB Roberts fell into our laps; we had not approached them before, but I must say. From my initial phone call to selling my house and purchasing a new home, they showed willingness and compassion for our needs and wants. The staff and management were excellent, showing true form. The customer service was also wonderful, and they were always available if we ever needed advice. Josh, who dealt with our requests, was great, as was the whole team.
