Can't fault their service from start to finish Curchods were very helpful with the sale of our house. They found us a buyer before we'd even advertised our property (thank you Ben!) and Mark was fantastic with tying up all the final bits with solicitors. They are a great estate agent!

We were with another agent and weren't getting the results we wanted. From the moment we switched to Curchods, it was a game changer. Curchods seemed to have access to a completely different pool of potential buyers and worked really hard to actually "sell" the property, rather than sticking it on Rightmove and waiting for it to sell itself. Mark and Lee really understood our property and also gave us advice on how to best position ourselves to get the house that we wanted in a competitive market. Highly recommended and wouldn't use any other agent in the area when we move again!
