Matt could not do any more to help us complete our sale; he went above and beyond to ensure we could arrange post offer visits to the property, liaised with all solicitors involved as well as making sure we exchanged and completed on our requested date by personally delivering paper work to sellers solicitors. He responded to all emails quickly, called me regularly to keep me updated on process and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Curchods and would definitely use them again. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is, unlike some other estate agents, Curchods don’t leave you a bottle of fizz to celebrate on completion - I think that would’ve been a really nice touch.

Curchods Woking were very professional and easy to deal with. The throughput of potential purchasers was excellent and Curchods provided plenty of feedback. Mark and co have been my go-to estate agent for a while now as they take the time to really understand what I am looking for and not recommend things they know I won't be interested in. Curchods (Woking) were very supportive and epitomise why inernet agents are a bad idea. When it goes wrong (buyer pulling out) you need an agent to reposnd quickly and pull out all the stops to get you back on track -as they did. The staff are friendly and professional and make you feel they are on your side every step of the way. They know the area very well and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
