Fantastic service by Curchods. We couldn't have asked for any more. We were let down by a buyer who came through Chancellors in Woking (I will leave a 1 star review for them later). We then went with Curchods and got an offer (for the same price) with the first viewing. Curchods then worked their socks off to get the deal done in time as we were against a deadline due to the mortgage offer expiry date saving us thousands of pounds in the process. Shout out to Ellyshia who was absolutely amazing. She chased the solicitors and agents on a regular basis and made sure that we completed within the timeframes. The Curchods team always had our interest in mind and came across very friendly, courteous and professional at the same time. With Chancellors messing us around, we had given up hope. But what we found was the Curchods have got a very good understanding of the area, value of the property and their buyers were showing up with genuine interest in the property. If ever I have to sell another property, I would definitely call upon Curchods services if they operate in the area. I have never left a review for an estate agent, but Curchods service and dedication deserves more than 5 stars as they went above and beyond our expectations. A very happy customer!!!
