James Fitzpatrick was highly professional and easy to work with. He did a great job finding us just the right house to let for the next three years. He was efficient and got all the paperwork finished long before it was due. James took the time to answer all of my questions and made our move as easy as possible. Martin Sharp provided an excellent service - responsive, friendly and tenacious. However, Martin only took over the responsibility for the sale of my property towards the end of my dealings with Chancellors. Prior to that I had months of stress, uncertainty and lack of communication from Chancellors while dealing with an extremely long winded and difficult sale. It is unfortunate that Martin had not been responsible from the outset as I believe my experience would then have been very different.
