I recently bought a flat through the Woking branch and mainly dealt with Matt Carter. He was always helpful and approachable, answering all the questions I had about the property before and after the sale. If he was unavailable there was always someone happy to pass on a message; it would have been a 5* rating if they had tried to answer my queries without passing on the message, but I imagine that is just their set up.
