Hi Mariza - thanks for taking the time to write this message and I’m sorry that you feel let down by us. We were called out for a fix that was not possible once we arrived on site but that is not true that you were charged for 89 minutes - it was just over our minimum callout of 1 hour. The report from our engineer was as follows: Due to the size of the glass this job will require 2 handymen. The two plastic pads on the bottom of the glass should not be installed. The bottom tiles within the the shower have previously been painted. The paint will need to be scraped off and silicone between tiles and shower tray. The two big glasses will need to come out and be re-installed correctly. This was all sent to you in your job report. I’m sorry that we did not provide a quote for the required works immediately thereafter - this is our standard practice and was an oversight. We would be happy to offer you a discount for this oversight if we can help in any other way.
