Martin Sharp provided an excellent service - responsive, friendly and tenacious. However, Martin only took over the responsibility for the sale of my property towards the end of my dealings with Chancellors. Prior to that I had months of stress, uncertainty and lack of communication from Chancellors while dealing with an extremely long winded and difficult sale. It is unfortunate that Martin had not been responsible from the outset as I believe my experience would then have been very different.
