Our home was originally Sold by Oliver James Witney May 2018. Completion finally being February 2019.. Ultimately it was worth the wait! Unfortunately in a very long Property chain X 7 for many months. Oliver James Estate Agent amalgamated with Martin & Co...who then became Parker's Estate Agent Witney, which wasn't properly explained to us. Due to the length of time awaiting the Property chain to finally come together...plus falling-through twice in the process...we found it necessary to request a weekly update. Gavin & George worked hard to try & keep the ''chain" together which we appreciated during an extremely frustrating & lengthy process. Thank you again.

The property I have been in was rented on my behalf, so I can comment only on the service received from Martin & Co rather than the whole Lettings procedure. Having said that, the service received has been excellent from first enquiry through to moving out. Phone calls have been returned promptly, exchanges have been friendly but businesslike, and most work has been carried out swiftly. The lost star is mainly to do with the willingness of the landlord to undertake work. I have had a broken meter box since moving in four years ago which the agent is unable to do anything about (I am also a landlord and know that this is the kind of cost you just have to suck up); the landlord has also increased the rent to premium levels because it is a 'company let' when the property does not really warrant it. However, as a company to engage with, I would undoubtedly use Martin and Co. again, whether as a landlord or tenant.

Martin & Co Witney Letting & Estate Agents were friendly and informative from the start. The whole team helped negotiate a slightly complicated rental agreement for us. We are now settling in to our new home. Thank you all, especially Florence!!

Gavin Pike was the agent for the seller in our recent house purchase. In a long and convoluted process, he was refreshingly full of common sense, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to move things forward when all other parties seemed determined to remain stuck. He was extremely helpful to us on moving day when we almost missed our deadline for picking up the keys due to a road closure, and thus rescued us from a very stressful situation. He was always friendly and courteous and had clear enthusiasm for the property. Although not our agent, I wouldn't hesitate to use Martin & Co in the future.

Parkers dont deal with issues efficiently went renting a property with them

Didn’t show up for a viewing, despite me calling and them confirming on the day (and a text from them the day before). Turns out the house has sold. Poor communication. Certainly would not use.
