My initial impression of the agency wasn't the best because I was at my wits end with estate agencies, and Parkers has a 'no virtual viewings' policy. As someone who is moving to the area from abroad for work, and has no family or friends in town, this was a huge problem and I took it very personally. However, once we'd jumped over that hurdle and began the process of setting up a tenancy, things went relatively smoothly. They use Goodlord which I found to be a great service that made the process extremely straight forward and user friendly. I want to give a special shout out to Klara at Parkers Witney. In my months of searching she was the only person I came across who showed true compassion for my situation and genuinely did her absolute best to help me find somewhere to live. She was friendly, patient, helpful and understanding.
