Gavin Pike was the agent for the seller in our recent house purchase. In a long and convoluted process, he was refreshingly full of common sense, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to move things forward when all other parties seemed determined to remain stuck. He was extremely helpful to us on moving day when we almost missed our deadline for picking up the keys due to a road closure, and thus rescued us from a very stressful situation. He was always friendly and courteous and had clear enthusiasm for the property. Although not our agent, I wouldn't hesitate to use Martin & Co in the future.

Parkers dont deal with issues efficiently went renting a property with them

I'm sorry you found this frustrating Ben, unfortunately we can only work as swiftly as contractors will allow and only with the consent and approval of our landlords as its their money.

Shocking for lettings! Had to chase up for answers for the properties. Always told "can't get hold of the landlord" and then told a bare faced lie regarding one of the rentals after speaking with the landlord myself. Would never use these!

Poor experience as a buyer. @ Parkers (Witney). Thank you for your reply. I did try contacting a member of your firm before posting this review, but I can't see that I have received a response.

Didn’t show up for a viewing, despite me calling and them confirming on the day (and a text from them the day before). Turns out the house has sold. Poor communication. Certainly would not use.

Apart from one charming and professional team member (Klara), I have found the staff here to be rude, unprofessional and showing severe disability discrimination. I advise you not to touch them with a barge pole, if you’re able to make the choice to go elsewhere…

Sometimes the provision of feedback is malicious in nature, and this is an example of that. Ms Owen-Frawley has unfortunately taken umbrage that she is required to comply with the Immigration Act 2016 insofar as Landlords need to ensure that all tenants who occupy their properties have the legal status to live in the UK and that this extends to au pairs living at the property. We have been asked to confirm this status by our client, the landlord, and need to do so in full accordance with the law. Furthermore, Parkers utterly refute the false and malicious allegation that we discriminate against people with disabilities; this is categorically not true.
