Apart from one charming and professional team member (Klara), I have found the staff here to be rude, unprofessional and showing severe disability discrimination. I advise you not to touch them with a barge pole, if you’re able to make the choice to go elsewhere…

Sometimes the provision of feedback is malicious in nature, and this is an example of that. Ms Owen-Frawley has unfortunately taken umbrage that she is required to comply with the Immigration Act 2016 insofar as Landlords need to ensure that all tenants who occupy their properties have the legal status to live in the UK and that this extends to au pairs living at the property. We have been asked to confirm this status by our client, the landlord, and need to do so in full accordance with the law. Furthermore, Parkers utterly refute the false and malicious allegation that we discriminate against people with disabilities; this is categorically not true.

Very disappointed have enquired a few times about a property they have for rent in Bampton but I dont think they want to let it as emails keep going unanswered same as online enquires

Poor, Would not rent another property through them. Great at first and really terrible after some time, Currently have legal proceedings against them due to the way they handled a situation Costing me money to fix issues caused by a contractor brought in by Parkers to do work whilst I was away. reported it immediately to them and had been told for 6 weeks that they would be getting it fixed before finally saying that it is down to me to take it up with their contractors. AVOID !!! - as you can see it has taken them 2 years to comment on my initial review that was great for them.

Landlords AVOID, at all costs. Bullying behaviour towards landlord. Do not obtain full references for prospective tenants and trick you into signing. They do not provide a report on the references. They lied to me about the prospective tenant having previous landlord references! They had none at all ! Never had an apology and then charged me for their time even though they lied ! Pheasant Retreats letting agents are far more superior, trustworthy and professional. Parker’s Witney- threaten landlords tenants and other letting agents with court continuously. Save your self alot of hassle and go with a decent agent !

The company hid behind a bunch a lies to avoid paying back the holding deposit. Unapproachable and very impersonal customer service. I have dealt with several estate agents since and the difference is astonishing. Avoid!

We're disappointed you've chosen to leave us a 1* review after failing referencing for your tenancy application. Unfortunately you failed to disclose your bankruptcy when asked twice, you failed to mention in your application that your sister would also be living with you and you claimed to be living in Spain when we traced you to an address in London. Our clients entrust their property to us and we are required to undertake diligent checks; this was made clear to you in advance.
