Wow! Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Martin & Co, Witney. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. It has really helped make the whole process hassle-free.

I bought my first flat through Martin & Co in 2016 and they were fantastic. It was a process that took around six months, Gavin was exceptional throughout even though mine is probably one of the smallest properties that he has worked with! Without Gavin the complications and stress brought about by the sellers and solicitors would have been too much and I would have had to start again. He really went above and beyond what was expected and I can't rate him highly enough.

Only just moved in with Martin and Co and so far they've been very friendly and helpful. When we first moved in the cooker thermostat was broken and the next morning A new cooker arrived ! Very impressed with their speedy response and couldn't be more satisfied with the service I got from Steve the property manager.

Martin & Co are the most thorough, professional and friendly management company in this geographical area. The management fees charged are the lowest in the area for the amount of work that is done. Very efficient service. All appointments have been on time, nothing is too much trouble, and any issues have been responded to promptly and effectively. Excellent as a tenant to know that we are being looked after as well as the landlord.
