July 2015: After a fairly positive start. I had no viewings in around 10 weeks, no active contact from the member of staff, supposedly managing my sale, in almost 10 weeks. Requested call backs hit and miss & they think they were offering good service! Lack of enthusiasm I'm afraid. (Solicitor also poor but that shouldn't detract from my earlier post).

I am so sorry that you and William didn't get along too well and that the offers we got for you were lower than you wanted. My three visits to your home and subsequent phone conversations did not restore the faith, again, my apologies. From your Google reviews it is evident that you were also extremely frustrated with your solicitor, I am sorry that we all failed to meet your expectations. With kind regards. Tim.
